Travel vaccinations

Only the following travel vaccinations are offered at the surgery:

  • DTP – Diphtheria/Tetanus/Polio
  • Typhoid
  • Hepatitis A
  • Cholera

Patients are encouraged to check which vaccinations they require by using the website: fitfortravel.nhs.uk. Patients who know which vaccinations they need should call the surgery to book in to see one of our nurses.

If a patient is unsure which vaccinations they require, patients can be sent a copy of their immunisation history, or they can be booked in for a 10 minute phone call with a nurse to discuss vaccinations.

Travel vaccination appointments need to be at least 2 weeks before travelling.
