Getting your test results
If your test results show that you need more tests or treatment, we will contact you.
Once a doctor has reviewed your test results, you can view them:
- in your NHS account (through the NHS website or NHS App)
- in your PatientAccess account
- by submitting an eConsult
- by phoning us on 01727 851 589, after 2pm and we will tell you what the results are
It is important to us that you obtain your results promptly, however, during peak hours, the reception team is likely to be busy handling the high volume of morning calls for appointments.
