Parkbury House Surgery uses CPM cameras to monitor our car park; this ensures only our patients are able to park here. No matter the length of your stay in the car park, drivers must enter their registration number into the screen at reception.
If you have received a parking fine, although we understand your frustration, we are unable to help in this matter. This system has been in place for over a year, and there are numerous signs asking patients to enter their number plate. We regret any inconvenience this may cause.
If you have been issued with a Parking Charge Notice (PCN) and are contacting us to make an appeal please visit appeals.uk-cpm.com or write to The Appeals Department, UK Car Park Management, PO Box 3114, Lancing, BN15 5BR.
Please ensure your appeal includes the following information;
Your full name.
Address – including postcode.
The Parking Charge Notice reference number.
The Vehicle Registration number.
If you are not the driver of the vehicle but are appealing on behalf of the driver of the vehicle, please ensure you supply their full name and address and specify your association with them, and the reason why you are making an appeal on their behalf.
