Car Parking at the Surgery

Parkbury House Surgery uses CPM cameras to manage our car park, which ensures that parking is only available for our patients. No matter the length of your stay in the car park, your registration plate must be entered into the screen at reception to avoid any parking fines.

Important: Cameras in the car park

Please note, the car park is monitored by cameras, and so sitting in your car whilst waiting for a family member will result in a fine if you have not entered your car details on the screen inside.

If you have received a fine and your appeal has been rejected, although we understand your frustration of the outcome, we are unable to help in this matter. Our car park has numerous signs instructing drivers to register their number plate, and this system has been in place for over a year. We regret any inconvenience this may cause.

If you have been issued with a Parking Charge Notice (PCN) and are contacting us to make an appeal please visit appeals.uk-cpm.com or write to The Appeals Department, UK Car Park Management, PO Box 3114, Lancing, BN15 5BR.

Please ensure your appeal includes the following information;

Your full name.

Address – including postcode.

The Parking Charge Notice reference number.

The Vehicle Registration number.

If you are not the driver of the vehicle but are appealing on behalf of the driver of the vehicle, please ensure you supply their full name and address and specify your association with them, and the reason why you are making an appeal on their behalf.
