This is in line with our duties under NHS Guidelines, and informed by our knowledge of the barriers to healthcare faced by migrants in vulnerable circumstances. Although we ask for ID and proof of address, if you do not have these documents but you live within our practice area, you can still register with us. We won’t ask for immigration documents
