Getting Advice from a Doctor Quickly and Easily
Parkbury House Surgery uses a triage consultation system to
efficiently respond to patient concerns, through either
eConsult or our telephone triage system.
For new, non -urgent concerns, we recommend submitting an
eConsult, which will receive a response from a doctor within
two working days. For more urgent concerns, please call the
surgery to be added to the triage list and receive a call back
from a doctor the same day, or the following day, depending on
triage appointment capacity.
